Endrina Maxwell

Endrina Maxwell is excited to be joining the Flame Tree Initiative as Executive Administrator for Finance.

Endrina comes with experience in finance, administration, procurement, and human resource management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Accounting, and has over 20 years’ experience working with International NGOs. She has also been trained on Entrepreneurship through the Gracia Marchel Trust and GIZ.  Endrina’s hard work and creativity will help FTI to achieve its goals, including the upcoming transition of administration from the USA to Malawi. 

Endrina is passionate about Entrepreneurship and is looking forward to working with FTI’s DELab and DEStudio members. An accomplished public speaker, she is looking forward to sharing her experiences and skills with aspiring entrepreneurs. Her confidence and ambition will complement FTI’s work and increase opportunities for growth. A dedicated self-starter, Endrina has high hopes for FTI’s future growth in Malawi.

Endrina is a wife to Alex and mother of 2, Shaun (16) and Ivy (13). Endrina spends most of her time with her family. She loves exploring new things and ideas as well as travelling. We are happy to have her join our team!
