The Flame Tree Initiative partners with African universities to foster scalable, socially minded businesses that accelerate regional change. We believe that training, mentoring and launching development enterprises - businesses that confront global development challenges – is a potent way to contribute to the new, innovative era in Africa.

Leadership Coaching for an Agricultural Enterprise

Eco-Veg is a farming initiative based in Mzuzu, Malawi that reuses waste plastic materials as pots to grow organic, low-cost vegetables with the help of vulnerable women and youth.

They are currently seeking guidance on how to build a strong leadership team including incentivizing reliable workers and trustworthy managers.
